Ⅰ. The structural composition of the photovoltaic power system

The photovoltaic power generation system is composed of photovoltaic array (photovoltaic array is composed of photovoltaic modules in series and parallel), controller, battery pack, DC/AC inverter photovoltaic support, lightning protection and grounding, power distribution system, combiner box and other parts. Let us take a detailed look at the structural composition of the photovoltaic power generation system.

1. Solar cell components

A solar cell can only generate a voltage of about 0.5V, which is far lower than the voltage required for actual use. In order to meet the needs of practical applications, it is necessary to connect solar cells into modules. The solar cell module contains a certain number of solar cells, which are connected by wires.

2. DC/AC inverter

A device that converts direct current into alternating current. Since the solar cell emits direct current, the general load is an alternating current load, and an inverter is essential.

According to the operation mode, inverters can be divided into independent operation inverters and grid-connected inverters. The independent operation inverter is used for the independent operation of the solar cell power generation system to supply power to the independent load.

3. Power distribution room design

Since the grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system does not have batteries, solar charge and discharge controllers and AC/DC power distribution systems, if conditions permit, the inverter of the grid-connected power generation system can be placed in the low-voltage power distribution room of the grid-connected point; otherwise, only one will be built separately Low-voltage power distribution room of 4~6 square meters.

Ⅱ. How is the photovoltaic power system safe? How to deal with lightning, hail and leakage?

First of all, the DC junction box, inverter and other equipment circuits have overload protection functions. When abnormal voltages such as lightning strikes and leakage occur, the blockage will be automatically cleared, and there is no safety problem.

Secondly, our photovoltaic panel system uses impact-resistant strengthened glass on the surface. It has been rigorously tested after passing the EU certification and can withstand a wind pressure of 2400Pa and a pressure of 5400Pa. Generally, it is difficult to damage the photovoltaic panels in natural climates.

In addition, each photovoltaic module can work independently, so even if one module is damaged, it will not affect the normal operation of other modules.

Distributed photovoltaic power generation system has low power and can't feel the influence on voltage. In addition, the function of the inverter is to convert the DC low voltage generated by the photovoltaic wave into 220V household electricity.

Our photovoltaic inverter has the function of intelligently adjusting the voltage, so the use of photovoltaic power system is no different from that of the grid, and it has no impact on the use of household appliances.

If the grid is cut off, the grid-connected power generation system will stop operating. In this case, if you need to take the initiative for your own use, you can choose to install additional equipment such as batteries. Batteries are expensive and have a short lifespan, so installation is generally not recommended.
